Reservations
In order to secure your booking a deposit of 50% is required, plus full names, addresses and dates of birth of all party members. Bank transfers using Iban and Bic codes. Any transaction fees to be paid by payer. Should the deposit not be received by the required date, the booking will be deemed void.

Cancellations
In the event of cancellation or curtailment the following rules apply:

• up to 3 months before date of arrival: deposits will be refunded minus €60,00 administration charge,

• 3 months to 4 weeks before date of arrival: 70% of apartment price to be paid,

• 4 weeks or less before date of arrival: total apartment price to be paid,

In the event of late arrivals and earlier departures the AGBH (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedienungen der Hotelerie) terms and conditions apply.

The Proprietor may rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration by 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the Party.

Travel Insurance

We recommend that all guests have adequate travel insurance (including cancellation costs) should unforeseen circumstances arise. Please note in the event of cancellation or curtailment of your holiday for whatever reason the afore mentioned conditions apply! www.europaeische.at

Bookings
Generally summer and winter bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, this can vary according to availability.
 

Check In/ Check Out
Apartments are available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival to 9.00 am on the day of departure. Notification of late arrivals after 6:00pm would be much appreciated.

SUPER.SOMMER.CARD

We are a Super. Summer. Card Partner and all guests will receive their Super. Summer. Card. when they check-in for the duration of their stay.

Over the past years, the family destination Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis has developed a wide range of summer offers that is unique in the Alps. Numerous attractions have been created and more and more cable cars have extended their operating hours. In 2023 summer season a service fee of € 5,50 per adult per night and € 2,75 per child per night (born between 2008 and 2016) will be charged for the Super. Summer. Card. This allows us to continue providing the accustomed quality of our offers in the future and to promote innovative further development! (In 2024 summer season a service fee of € 6,00 per adult per night and € 3,00 per child per night (born between 2009 and 2017) will be charged for the Super. Summer. Card.)

Please note:
Guests that stay at one of the designated partner accommodations, are obliged to pay for the Super. Summer. Card. at check-in for the duration of their stay – no matter if they use the services included or not.

Payment
In order to make your stay as stressless as possible, we ask that all outstanding balances are paid in cash at least 2 days before departure before 05:00pm. There are 2 banks and several ATMs in the village.
